The company has built a successful foundation delivering retail construction projects while strategically expanding into hospitality, multifamily, and warehouse/distribution sectors.Job DescriptionSite Supervision: Manage day-to-day field operations for retail renovations, open-store remodels, expansions, and select ground-up construction projects.Team Leadership: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, store management teams, and project stakeholders.Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety standards and maintain a safe jobsite at all times.Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.Quality Control: Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work meets company and client expectations.Documentation: Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
