One of Europe's largest banking groups, providing financing, investment banking, capital markets, and advisory solutions to corporate and institutional clients worldwide.Job DescriptionRegulatory Business Analyst (AxiomSL)Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)Compensation: $75-$100/hourEmployment Type: 12-Month Contract with Opportunity to Convert to Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Regulatory Business Analyst with strong expertise in AxiomSL (ControllerView) and regulatory reporting within a banking environment. This role will focus on evaluating current data capabilities against regulatory reporting requirements, identifying gaps, and driving data sourcing and mapping initiatives to support critical reporting obligations.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive gap analyses between current data environments and regulatory reporting requirements.Assess and document current and future-state data landscapes, identifying deficiencies in data quality, granularity, and sourcing.Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to understand products, processes, and reporting requirements.Translate complex regulatory guidance into clear business and functional requirements.Define data sourcing requirements across transactional, counterparty, collateral, and balance sheet data.Create detailed data mapping specifications from source systems into AxiomSL data models.Collaborate with data architects, developers, and upstream system owners to support implementation efforts.Drive requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
