With a reputation built on craftsmanship, quality, and personalised service, they offer an entrepreneurial culture where employees enjoy significant autonomy, direct access to leadership, and long-term career stability.Job DescriptionManage the day-to-day construction of luxury custom homes across multiple active job sites.Coordinate and schedule trade partners, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.Monitor construction quality and ensure homes are built to the highest standards.Track and manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance.Conduct homeowner walkthroughs during key construction milestones, including pre-drywall and pre-settlement inspections.Communicate project progress and expectations with homeowners throughout the build process.Educate clients on warranty procedures and performance standards following settlement.Oversee warranty items and customer service requests on completed homes.Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 2-4 homes at various stages of construction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
