Known for their commitment to craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and quality execution, they continue to experience steady growth and maintain a robust pipeline of projects.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities for custom home and residential addition projects.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all local building regulations.Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and homeowners.Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays.Manage material deliveries and site logistics.Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards and client expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
