With decades of experience supporting residential and commercial projects, the company has built strong relationships throughout its market and offers employees a collaborative environment, long-term career stability, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Job DescriptionThe Residential Estimator will report to senior leadership within the preconstruction and operations team and will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive project estimates for residential construction projects.Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates.Prepare accurate proposals and bid submissions for residential projects.Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.Collaborate with operations teams to support project planning and execution.Manage multiple bids and deadlines while maintaining estimate accuracy.Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
