With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction, they deliver high-quality ground-up residences valued at $1M+ and are experiencing continued growth throughout the LBI market.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or field issues.Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.Utilize Procore to track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, schedules, progress reports, and daily logs.Communicate project updates with ownership, project managers, architects, consultants, and homeowners.Verify work is completed according to design specifications, local building codes, and company quality standards.Assist with project closeout activities, punch lists, inspections, and turnover to homeowners.Monitor project budgets and collaborate with project management teams to control costs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
