Job Description

  • Manage luxury residential construction and renovation projects valued between $500K and $5M
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite construction activities
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain jobsite safety compliance
  • Communicate project updates with clients, project managers, and leadership teams
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, material deliveries, and project documentation
  • Perform light carpentry or hands-on construction work when project needs require
  • Maintain strong relationships with homeowners and stakeholders throughout project execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Superintendent should have:

  • 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in residential construction
  • Experience managing high-end or luxury residential projects required
  • Ability and willingness to wear a toolbelt and perform light carpentry work as needed
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high-quality standards
  • Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
  • Must be able to commute to project sites throughout Boston and surrounding areas
