Job Description

  • Manage all phases of residential construction projects, from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any construction-related issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding project progress and updates.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders as required.
