With a collaborative culture and tenured leadership team, employees benefit from excellent career growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.Job DescriptionThe Commercial / Residential Estimator will report to the preconstruction leadership team and play a key role in developing accurate project estimates and proposals. The successful Commercial / Residential Estimator will work closely with operations personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to help secure profitable work and ensure successful project delivery.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates.Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and material suppliers.Prepare competitive bid proposals and supporting documentation.Collaborate with operations teams during preconstruction and project handoff.Manage multiple estimates and bidding opportunities simultaneously.Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and scope clarification throughout the preconstruction process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
