Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Manage project schedules and ensure milestone completion
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain jobsite safety standards
  • Oversee quality control and project inspections
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and company leadership
  • Manage project documentation and reporting requirements
  • Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
  • Build positive relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong preference for healthcare construction experience
  • Diverse project background within the $1M-$10M range
  • Experience with both ground-up and renovation/upfit projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight
  • Stable work history and strong professional reputation
  • Experience with restaurants, medical offices, dental clinics, veterinary facilities, or similar commercial projects is a plus
