Leadership is committed to developing talent, promoting from within, and creating an environment where people can build lasting careers.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead all field operations for retail, tenant improvement, commercial interior, and renovation projectsManage jobsite safety, quality control, and daily project executionCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and trade partners throughout all phases of constructionDevelop and maintain project schedules while ensuring critical milestones are achievedManage work in occupied buildings with minimal disruption to customers, tenants, and ongoing business operationsReview drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents to ensure successful executionConduct daily site walks and proactively identify potential issues before they impact project performanceCoordinate inspections, punch list activities, and project closeout effortsMaintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients, architects, consultants, and ownership groupsEnsure all work is completed according to contract requirements, project specifications, and company quality standardsLead project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, safety, and schedule statusDrive accountability across all trades to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
