About Our Client

My client is hiring for a safety director to lead the entire safety department and act as the senior safety professional for the organization in the Baltimore County region.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide training sessions to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Promote a proactive approach to workplace safety among all team members.
