Job Description

The Safety Manager - Commercial Construction - MD will:

  • Lead and enforce safety programs across active construction sites
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385‑1‑1, and project‑specific safety standards
  • Conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and safety training
  • Partner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate risk
  • Support incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Maintain required documentation, certifications, and compliance records
  • Serve as a safety leader on site and/or across multiple projects
