This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation where safety is a core value and where leadership actively supports professional development, accountability, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionThe Safety Manager will report to senior operations leadership and work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure safe and successful project delivery.Lead and enforce company safety programmes across multiple active commercial construction projectsConduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate hazardsEnsure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, company standards, and client-specific safety requirementsDeliver safety orientation programmes, toolbox talks, training sessions, and ongoing workforce educationInvestigate incidents, near misses, and injuries, developing corrective and preventative action plansPartner with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel to promote a proactive safety cultureTrack, analyse, and report safety performance metrics while implementing continuous improvement initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
