Safety Manager - Construction - Freeport, ME

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies tailored to construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors on best practices and regulations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks on job sites.
• Maintain all safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, and compliance certifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
• Promote a culture of safety through proactive communication and engagement with team members.
