Job Description

  • Lead all safety operations for major, hyper-scale data center project(s)
  • Establish and implement safety programs, policies, and site standards
  • Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Act as the primary safety authority for site teams, subcontractors, and leadership
  • Help shape the foundation of the company's long‑term data center safety strategy
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to plan and execute future safety processes
  • Promote a proactive, zero‑incident safety culture across job site(s)

The Successful Applicant

  • +/- 5-12 years of construction safety experience
  • Proven experience as a Safety Manager on large, high-profile projects, preferably within data center or mission‑critical construction
  • Strong ability to recognize both existing and potential safety risks and take the lead in implementing corrective measures
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and the capability to solve complex problems
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
