The organization offers a stable yet growth-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on employee development and safety leadership.Job DescriptionAs Safety Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, implementing, and continuously improving the company's safety program across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the safety team, including hiring and developmentDevelop, implement, and maintain safety policies aligned with OSHA and NFPA standardsConduct jobsite audits and ensure compliance across multiple active projectsOversee SSPs, JHAs, lockout/tagout procedures, and risk mitigation effortsLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actionsTrack and report safety metrics (TRIR, near misses, leading indicators)Deliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing education programsPartner with project leadership to drive a proactive safety cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
