Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures for civil construction projects.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
  • Provide safety training and education programs for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Investigate and document workplace incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify potential safety hazards and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, including training, inspections, and incident reports.
  • Stay updated on industry safety standards and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of safety measures.
  • Act as a point of contact for all safety-related issues and provide guidance to ensure a culture of safety on-site.
