Job Description

    • Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures
    • Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments
    • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
    • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and employee orientations
    • Maintain compliance with OSHA and client-specific safety requirements
    • Track safety metrics and maintain accurate documentation
    • Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate jobsite risks
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives across field operations
    • Utilize HCSS software for reporting and documentation
    • Foster a proactive, safety-first culture on all projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction safety experience
  • Experience supporting underground utilities, excavation, trenchless installation, or concrete projects
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with field and management teams
  • Experience with HCSS software preferred
  • Mission critical or data center project experience highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license

If the project is subject to a legally mandated work authorization or citizenship requirement, candidates must meet all applicable project and contractual eligibility requirements.
