The Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Salesforce platform to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. This position plays a key role in supporting the Technology department based in New York. Long term contract role, possibility to convert, in office 3x a week.

Job Description

  • Maintain and configure the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
  • Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce tools.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Implement changes and updates to Salesforce workflows, fields, and permissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and addressing discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features or functionalities.

  • Experience Cloud
  • Configuration changes in Salesforce
  • Flows, Triggers, Validations, and Workflow Rules
  • Permission sets and profiles
  • Salesforce Lightning Components
  • Azure Dev Ops
  • Service Now
  • Hands on HTML knowledge for marketing email templates is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Event Management Apps
  • Salesforce Lightning components
  • Experience with loading bulk data in Salesforce using APEX Data loader or similar ETL tools.
  • Investor Flow's Pipe+ Solution experience is a plus
