Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will report into the Project Manager and take ownership of on-site delivery across multiple commercial projects, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and quality outcomes.

  • Lead daily site operations across multiple small to large-scale commercial and K-12 projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles
  • Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all site and organisational standards
  • Monitor construction progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelines
  • Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Oversee reporting processes including daily logs, progress updates, and project forecasting

The Successful Applicant

For the Construction Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent within a general contractor environment
  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction or K-12 projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, ideally with exposure to CPM planning
  • Experience overseeing tenant improvement or small-to-mid sized construction works
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience using construction management software (Procore preferred)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous
  • Open to commute to project in Santa Fe, NM
