Their collaborative culture promotes team development, safety, and operational excellence, making it an ideal setting for Superintendents looking to take ownership of projects while advancing their careers.Job Description The Construction Superintendent will report into the Project Manager and take ownership of on-site delivery across multiple commercial projects, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and quality outcomes.Lead daily site operations across multiple small to large-scale commercial and K-12 projectsCoordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project deliveryDevelop, maintain, and enforce project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principlesDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all site and organisational standardsMonitor construction progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelinesMaintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teamsOversee reporting processes including daily logs, progress updates, and project forecastingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
