The firm is licensed across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee and has developed a diverse portfolio across automotive, aviation, retail, office, industrial/warehouse, recreational, and government construction. The company also highlights long-standing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, with the majority of its work coming from repeat clients or referrals.

Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and onsite schedules
  • Maintain project schedules while driving quality and productivity
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and internal construction teams
  • Manage site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor performance
  • Maintain a strong, safety-first jobsite culture
  • Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction preferred
  • Strong background across ground-up mixed commercial projects
  • Experience in one or more of the following strongly preferred:
    • Retail / Restaurants
    • Automotive Dealerships
    • Aviation
    • Light Industrial / Warehouse
    • Class A / Office
  • Proven ability to independently run projects in the field
  • Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and leadership skills
  • Willing and able to travel throughout the Southeast -majority of projects in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, AL
  • Safety-minded leadership and strong client-facing communication skills
