Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and job profitability, providing analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow activities.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and investigate financial discrepancies.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction contracts, change orders, and project-related expenses.
  • Develop and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and financial accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership to support strategic business decisions.
