Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in accordance with established accounting principles.

· Maintain accurate accounting records by compiling and analyzing accounting activity.

· Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

· Prepare reports and documentation required for the month-end close process.

· Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances, identifying solutions and driving resolution.

· Review financial information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

· Coordinate accounting matters with cross-functional departments to support reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

· Support internal and external audit activities and maintain effective auditor relationships.

· Assist with financial reporting requirements and other accounting projects as assigned.Skills & Competencies

· Financial reporting and financial statement preparation.

· Account reconciliations and variance analysis.

· Strong communication skills.

· Sound judgement and ability to resolve routine and moderately complex accounting issues.

The Successful Applicant

Required

· Experience with financial reporting.

· Experience partnering with internal and external auditors.

· Strong foundation in Excel

· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated progression in responsibilities and/or title growth throughout career history.Preferred

· CPA designation or active pursuit of a CPA.

· Public accounting experience.

· Manufacturing industry experience.

· Experience with BW or AI-related tools.
