The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accounting Manager should have:

  • Recent, hands-on ownership of the month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • People-management experience, including coaching and developing accounting staff
  • Experience working directly with external auditors, preferably a Big Four firm, and coordinating the audit process and PBC requests
  • Strong internal-controls mindset and the ability to identify and improve processes
  • Comfortable working in a lean environment where the manager will need to remain hands-on
  • SAP experience preferred
  • CPA



What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000 per year.
  • 15% performance-based bonus.
  • 17 days of vacation (prorated), plus 5 sick days and 4 personal days.
  • 1 holiday per year.
