Job Description

  • Lead manufacturing process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support new product launches from concept through production ramp-up.
  • Drive DFM/DFA reviews, process validation, risk assessments, and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Develop and improve tooling, fixturing, automation, and production methods.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
  • Support capital equipment projects, process scaling, and operational growth initiatives.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to manufacturing engineering team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience in an Engineering role, focused on New Product Development is required
  • A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required
  • Proficiency implementing GD&T into production.
  • Prior experience performing FMEA.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools

What's on Offer

  • Base salary between $110,000 - $130,000 depending on level of experience.
  • 10% Bonus Target based on personal metrics & company performance
