Job Description

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and drive data governance initiatives.
  • Act as a translator between technical teams and business users, tailoring communication to different audiences.
  • Support efforts to establish and maintain accurate, consistent, and trusted data across key business domains.
  • Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and offshore teams.
  • Document business processes, requirements, data definitions, and governance standards.
  • Design and execute testing for data, reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Support ongoing governance programs, issue tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze complex business workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, transparency, and data integrity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, operations, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to work across both business and technology organizations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex data analysis and VBA/macros.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures and data logic.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and develop structure where processes are still evolving.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, reporting, or enterprise data initiatives preferred.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Snowflake, or similar tools is helpful but not required.
