The company has built a reputation for delivering quality projects through an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture, offering employees exposure to the full development lifecycle and direct access to senior leadership.Job DescriptionBuild and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate new development and acquisition opportunities.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.Coordinate due diligence activities, including third-party reports, zoning reviews, entitlement tracking, and regulatory analysis.Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials, lender packages, and equity partner presentations.Support project budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and ongoing financial performance tracking.Work cross-functionally with development, design, construction, and asset management teams to drive project execution.Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and provide recommendations to help ensure developments are delivered on schedule and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
