Job Description

    • The Senior K-12 Project Manager will report into senior operations leadership and play a key role in leading education-focused projects while supporting strategic growth initiatives across the region.
      • Lead large and complex K-12 education projects from concept through completion.
      • Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term strategic relationships.
      • Manage project teams, consultants, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
      • Support business development efforts, proposal pursuits, and client presentations.
      • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for market expansion.
      • Mentor project architects and emerging project managers across the practice.
      • Ensure exceptional project delivery while maintaining quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

    • For the Senior K-12 Project Manager we are seeking:
      • Licensed Architect required.
      • Minimum 15 years of architectural and project management experience.
      • Strong K-12 project experience preferred.
      • Civic, municipal, public-sector, or government project experience also highly attractive.
      • Demonstrated business development and client engagement success.
      • Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
      • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and complex stakeholder groups.
      • Ability to contribute strategically to practice growth and market development.
      • Desire to progress into a Principal, Practice Leader, or Market Sector Leader position.
