This is a newly created position on a collaborative TA team that sits across the country. They have a flexible hybrid schedule, incredible benefits, and the opportunity for growth. 3 days onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.Job DescriptionOwn the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer negotiation and acceptance.Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify top talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs across Operations, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and other corporate functions.Conduct candidate screenings, manage interviews, and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation and selection.Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting recommendations.Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and recruiting effectiveness.Partner with Recruiting Coordinators who manage scheduling and interview logistics.Collaborate with external search firms and recruiting partners when specialized searches require additional support.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
