This environment offers excellent opportunities for experienced engineers looking to make a visible impact while expanding their technical expertise and leadership capabilities.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and optimize braiding and reinforcement manufacturing processes to improve quality, consistency, and operational performance.Establish and maintain process parameters, setup documentation, standardized work instructions, and manufacturing best practices.Provide hands-on technical support on the production floor to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and improve process capability.Partner with manufacturing and maintenance teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment performance issues.Analyze product and process performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Lead or support qualification and validation testing activities to ensure products meet performance and customer requirements.Evaluate and refine reinforcement design parameters, including process settings, material performance, and production efficiency.Ensure manufacturing processes consistently achieve required performance standards related to durability, flexibility, and product reliability.Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to support new product and process development initiatives.Contribute to testing strategies, validation activities, and process documentation to support ongoing operational excellence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
