Job Description

* Prepare detailed estimates and conceptual budgets for carpentry and interior construction projects

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities

* Coordinate bid activities and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders

* Develop project costs, pricing strategies, and estimate deliverables for competitive pursuits

* Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to support project planning and successful execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Carpentry Estimator should have:

* 5+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction, carpentry, or interiors

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience

* Strong understanding of competitive bidding, conceptual estimating, and cost analysis

* Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills

* Detail-oriented professional with strong ethics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
