Job Description

  • Lead and champion a culture of continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Design and execute structured CI roadmaps using Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC methodologies
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and cross‑functional improvement initiatives
  • Use data and KPIs to prioritize projects and measure impact
  • Partner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and HR to embed sustainable change
  • Develop and deliver CI training tools to elevate organizational capability
  • Communicate progress and results to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Ensure all improvement efforts align with safety standards and company policies
  • Benchmark industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Travel between regional and other company locations as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of continuous improvement leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or Theory of Constraints certification strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading Kaizen events and driving measurable results
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills across all levels
