Job Description

  • Lead all on-site operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve key milestones
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
  • Enforce safety standards and drive a strong jobsite safety culture
  • Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects from sitework through completion
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and construction methods
  • Experience leading subcontractors and field personnel effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
