Serving a diverse client base across retail, healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, and commercial office sectors, the company is entering an exciting period of growth and investing heavily in building a high-performing team and long-term market presence.Job DescriptionReporting directly to executive leadership, the Senior Estimator will lead all estimating and preconstruction activities while helping shape future processes, systems, and team growth.Lead complete estimating and preconstruction efforts for both ground-up and interior construction projects.Prepare conceptual estimates, detailed budgets, GMP submissions, and competitive bid proposals.Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, subcontractor leveling, and bid evaluations.Develop and expand relationships with subcontractors and suppliers throughout Central Texas.Support value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities to improve project profitability.Maintain historical cost databases, pricing information, and market intelligence.Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs following award.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
