Job Description

  • Lead the execution and performance of a growing multifamily construction portfolio valued up to $100M+ per project.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients and project stakeholders.
  • Partner with Preconstruction and Operations teams to improve project planning, scheduling, and cost performance.
  • Drive operational excellence, team growth, and long-term business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and project operations.
  • Extensive multifamily podium construction experience.
  • Track record delivering large-scale projects up to $100M+.
  • Strong understanding of negotiated work, cost-plus projects, CPM scheduling, Procore, and MS Project.
  • Ability to bridge Preconstruction and Operations while identifying value-engineering opportunities.
