This role involves full ownership of the design process, from initial concept and feasibility through to validation, industrialisation, and production support, while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal quality standards. You will be comfortable working across multiple engineering disciplines, combining hands-on technical expertise with strong problem-solving and project ownership capabilities. In addition, you will bring a proactive mindset, a collaborative approach, and the ability to mentor junior team members while contributing to overall engineering excellence.B.S.
