Job Description

The Senior Design Engineer will:

  • Lead the design and development of complex products across electrical, electronic, photonic, and mechanical domains
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in electronics and/or embedded systems
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and documentation
  • Partner with manufacturing to optimize production processes and improve product performance
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation efforts

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sr Design Engineer should have the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in electronic product design and development
  • Proficiency with eCAD tools, simulation software, and PLM systems
  • Experience with embedded systems and programming (C/C++, Python)
  • Strong knowledge of electronic design, microelectronics, and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with design validation, testing, and DFMEA methodologies
