It offers a dynamic setting for individuals looking to make a tangible impact on both products and processes.Job DescriptionDesign and develop electrical circuits and PCBs for power electronics and control systems.Create schematics and layouts using ECAD tools, maintaining accurate design data.Build and test prototypes, validating concepts through structured plans.Lead hardware validation, including test documentation and execution.Support regulatory certification processes and compliance requirements.Improve existing products through analysis, troubleshooting, and iteration.Develop and implement production test solutions for volume manufacturing.Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, risks, and deliverable are controlled.Maintain BOM accuracy and approve component alternatives where needed.Support manufacturing processes, including SMT and production ramp-up.Conduct root cause analysis on field returns and internal defects.Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, and support teams.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
