Job Description

  • Design, develop, and enhance electrical and electronic systems and hardware components
  • Lead engineering projects across the full product lifecycle, including concept, design, validation, and release
  • Develop electromechanical systems such as power distribution, control systems, robotics, and high-voltage applications
  • Ensure adherence to structured engineering processes, including requirements definition, design reviews, and verification testing
  • Analyze system performance, conduct experiments, and validate design outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design services and global/offshore engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry requirements, and customer specifications
  • Select components and evaluate vendor capabilities to support product development

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in electrical or electronic hardware design
  • Strong experience delivering technical designs as an individual contributor in complex environments
  • Knowledge of power systems, high-voltage systems, RF, PCB design, or similar technical areas
  • Experience using design tools such as Altium, PSpice, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and experience participating in design reviews
  • Familiarity with structured change processes and engineering documentation workflows
  • Exposure to semiconductor equipment or advanced manufacturing environments is advantageous
