The organization employs more than 900 professionals worldwide and operates multiple facilities across North America, Asia, and other international markets.Job DescriptionDesign electrical control systems for custom automated industrial equipment.Develop electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs).Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams on motor selection, sensor integration, and process control design.Partner with controls engineers to leverage modern automation technologies and control architectures.Support projects throughout the full equipment lifecycle, including concept development, design, fabrication, testing, and field implementation.Ensure electrical designs meet applicable safety codes, standards, and customer requirements.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering team members.Assist with troubleshooting, system validation, and commissioning activities as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
