They deliver a diverse portfolio of public, institutional, commercial, life science, and renovation projects throughout Southern New England while maintaining a people-first culture focused on career growth.Job DescriptionLead and manage the entire estimating process for construction projects valued between $5M-$20M.Review plans, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate and competitive estimates.Coordinate subcontractor outreach, scope review, bid leveling, and proposal evaluations.Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses using estimating software and industry best practices.Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership throughout the bid process.Evaluate project risks, constructability considerations, and value engineering opportunities.Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting aggressive proposal deadlines.Support public, institutional, higher education, commercial, laboratory, and life science project pursuits.Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.Assist in developing estimating standards and best practices as the company continues to expand.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
