The organization offers a collaborative environment, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects that support regional growth and development.Job DescriptionThe Senior Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and strategic estimates that support profitable project delivery and business growth.Lead estimating efforts for heavy civil, transportation, utility, and municipal infrastructure projectsAnalyze plans, specifications, and bid documents to prepare complete project estimatesPerform quantity takeoffs, pricing evaluations, and risk assessments to support winning pursuitsSolicit, review, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor proposals to optimize project costsCollaborate with project management, operations, and executive leadership on bid strategy and project execution planningPrepare and submit comprehensive bid packages while ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlinesConduct site visits, constructability reviews, and pre-bid evaluations to identify project risks and opportunitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
