Senior Estimator - CMAR/Negotiated Bids

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for CMAR and negotiated construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to review project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documents to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable services.
• Lead pre-construction efforts, including budgeting, value engineering, and risk assessment.
• Present estimates and proposals to clients, providing clear justifications and addressing inquiries as needed.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure estimates align with current costs and practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating tools, templates, and processes.
