Senior Estimator - CMAR/Negotiated

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for CMAR and negotiated construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop pre-construction budgets and schedules.
• Analyze project documents to determine scope, specifications, and requirements.
• Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and value engineering.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in the construction and property industry.
• Ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations.
• Support project teams during bidding, negotiation, and pre-construction phases.
