Their success has been built on strong client relationships, collaborative project delivery, and a commitment to bringing construction expertise to the table early in the process, resulting in a significant volume of repeat and negotiated work.Job DescriptionLead estimating and preconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting through final GMP development.Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, conceptual estimates, and cost analyses.Manage CMAR and negotiated project pursuits.Develop and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.Analyze drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.Support business development and client presentations during project pursuits.Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project turnover.Maintain historical cost data and market pricing trends.Assist in developing bid strategies and risk assessments.Collaborate with project teams throughout preconstruction and planning phases.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
