Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction | Houston

Reporting into senior preconstruction leadership, the Senior Estimator will take ownership of critical estimating functions and support the successful pursuit of new business opportunities.

• Lead the preparation and delivery of detailed estimates throughout design and preconstruction phases.
• Develop conceptual budgets, cost plans, and pricing strategies using limited design information.
• Manage and mentor estimators working on complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Evaluate project risks and establish appropriate contingencies and estimate assumptions.
• Collaborate with operations teams, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals, supplier pricing, market conditions, escalation impacts, and procurement risks.
• Present estimating strategies and recommendations during internal reviews, client presentations, and project pursuit activities.
