Senior Estimator - Construction - Brooklyn

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project scope and specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, proposals, and other documentation to determine project needs and costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential cost savings and value-engineering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all cost estimation processes.
• Support the team in project planning and scheduling to meet client expectations.
