You will play a key role in driving project wins and supporting business growth.Lead detailed estimates for mechanical construction projects valued up to $20MPrepare comprehensive take-offs and cost analyses for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsReview drawings, specifications, schematics, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing strategiesSolicit, analyse, and evaluate vendor, subcontractor, and equipment quotationsDevelop bid proposals and presentations for general contractors, owners, and key stakeholdersManage multiple estimates simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlinesCollaborate with operations, purchasing, and preconstruction teams to ensure successful project pursuitsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
