Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates using CostX for complex commercial and federal projects
  • Support preconstruction efforts across healthcare, life sciences, and federal bids
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams using Procore
  • Work closely with the Preconstruction Director on bid strategies
  • Contribute to building and scaling the estimating function in Raleigh

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Senior) Estimator should have:

  • Experience as an Estimator; Senior-level capability preferred
  • Federal project experience ideal; commercial experience considered
  • Strong analytical and cost planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor
  • Familiarity with CostX (required) and Procore (preferred)
